What Our Tea Lovers Are Saying

Tea, a concoction, a brew, call it what you want, it's delicious! Here's the proof:

Frequently Asked Questions

Does it have caffeine?

No. Ginger Bee Tea is caffeine free. No jitters here!

Can you make it hot or cold?

We recommend making Ginger Bee Tea hot, with boiling water. This allows the tea to fully dissolve and brings out its fullest flavor.

Can you use it just with water or are there other ways to enjoy?

Ginger Bee Tea can be enjoyed in many different ways, but its most common usage is simply as a delicious tea. However, feel free to experiment by putting it on toast or using as a drink mixer for example! The option is yours and if you stumble upon a great combination we haven't heard of, let us know!

Do I need to refrigerate?

Our tea has a shelf life of up to one year unopened. Once you open it, we recommend storing it in the refrigerator — it helps preserve freshness longer and gives the tea a firmer texture, making it easier to scoop.

Why does the label say 14g of added sugar if we don’t add sugar?

There’s no added refined sugar and no artificial sweeteners in Ginger Bee Tea. We only use pure honey as a natural sweetener.
The reason the label lists “added sugar” is that the FDA requires honey to be categorized this way on nutrition facts panels. So, the 14g you see comes entirely from the natural sugars in honey, not from any processed sugar.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

Ginger Bee Tea comes in a sturdy glass jar—perfect for reusing later (we’ve seen customers turn them into vases, honey pots, even pencil holders). To keep our jars safe on the way to you, our packer goes a little overboard with the packing peanuts. Don’t worry though—those fluffy bits aren’t plastic. They’re biodegradable, so they’ll dissolve in water or your compost. Safe for your tea, safe for the planet. 🌎🐝

What's your return policy?

Because Ginger Bee Tea is a food product, we’re not able to accept returns once a jar has left our facility. But don’t worry—we stand behind every jar we ship. If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your product, just reach out to us at support@gingerbeetea.com and we’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue a refund.

Our packing team does an excellent job protecting each glass jar, so damage is rare. In the event a refund is approved,, it will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Banks and credit card companies may take a little extra time to process.) If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please get in touch and we’ll make it right.

Made for a really gingery brew!

There's not much else to say here, I loved it!

It's really straightforward stuff - just mixed with hot water. If you haven't had one of these mixes before, it's just effectively concentrate that you add to hot water and drink.

The taste is fantastic. And you get a pretty good bank for the buck here. I can't mention the health benefits as I'm not a doctor, but I feel good after drinking it! Also helps with a sour stomach I found, but that's just the ginger "talking".

Damn....

Had an old friend who recommended a similar product as a hangover cure. Dubioua, I finally broke down and bought a jar. It's... kind of ridiculously good. My wife has however commandeered this magical elixir for a series of sauces and dressings. Point is, this stuff is really, really good. I'm not saying it cures hangovers but I'm not saying it doesn't.

Great sweetener for apple pie popsicles

When this arrived, I was a bit confused - the ginger "tea" listing made me think this would be something else.
But I needed to make some apple pie popsicles last week, and they called for honey and cinnamon. I didn't have any cinnamon, so I thought, "why not honey and ginger?" And wow - was that good!!! So between the applesauce, ginger bee tea, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and greek yogurt - I have found a winner!

Delicious citrus mix

This tastes pretty good! It's better than some of the other citrus teas that I've had: if you like lemon and ginger then you'll probably enjoy this. I also like that it's not actually tea because me and caffeine don't mix well. But, you could throw in your favorite light tea bag for added flavor and extra caffeine zing. This is delightful for a stuffy nose, and easy to make since all you do is mix however much you want into some hot water. Good stuff!
