Meet the founder
Hi, I'm Chris, founder of Ginger Bee Tea.
I had been drinking honey-ginger teas for years, and I still love those versions — but over time, the sugars and added ingredients stopped aligning with what I wanted to put in my body. I started experimenting in my kitchen to make something clean, simple and real. It took a lot of trial and error to create something truly delicious without selling out or using the shortcuts everyone said were “good enough.”
Working with pure honey made me think more about the bees and how much our planet depends on them. That’s when it hit me: if I was going to use pure honey, I also wanted to support the bees that make it possible. Since bees are essential to our food supply and our future, helping support efforts to protect them has become an important part of what this brand stands for — reflected in our Infinibee, whose infinity wings honor the idea that bees, and our planet, need care that lasts forever.
I named my company, Abigail Foods, after my daughter because it reminds me to make something pure and clean. If it’s not right for her cup, it won’t be in yours.
I created Ginger Bee Tea to offer something soothing, simply made, and that tastes really good — handcrafted with care and intention.
